What's for Dinner?

It’s Crockpot Season!
I normally enjoy seasoning my meals to taste, however, this pork roast seasoning warranted a sampling. I just finished putting this together and the first thing that surprised me was the thickness of the “gravy” after mixing the seasoning packet with water. It’s easy! I sprayed my crock with Pam, put my pork roast in, surrounded it with about 4-5 potatoes (peeled and chunked) and half a dozen carrots (peeled an cut). Mixed the seasoning packet with water, poured over the top and set the slow-cooker to low. On with my day!

I have a good feeling that this is going to be a hit but I will update with the final results this evening.

  1. Update: this stuff is SALTY. Too bad because the potential for good flavor is there. Pork Roast was a big hit with the kids though!
